Stack up as shown, there will be 4 cones - 2 at where the number ones are standing, 2 more in between where they, separated evenly The cones, from left to right, will be named A, B, C, D. Imagine a line downwards (in the direction of the stack) at each cone. Those lines wlll be referred to as A line, B line etc.
Red1 starts at the A line, The other 1 starts at the D line and number 7 blue starts at the B line
Red1 (R1) starts faking, B1 can move along the D line, and B7 must not look back, he must try to D the disc from R1
After R1 throws to B1, he goes to be the defender on line C (on defense, you stand on the line closest to the thrower). Note that the defender can only move along the line he is standing
B7 joins back the other stack
R2 goes to the A line.
