ISO set up - countries. The disc is centred and the ISO sets up in front of the handlers, on the break side. The other two cutters set up a vertical stack in the endzone.
The cutter initiates and quickly cuts to the open side. (The ISO may quickly cut to anywhere)
When the ISO gets the disc, he looks up field. At this stage the two cutters in the stack have made a cut. They cut just as the ISO is about to catch the disc. The cutter in the front of the stack cuts first and the person at the back reacts off him and cuts the other way.
The receiver can now look for that continuation, whether it is a disc up the line, an overhead to the break side, a dump, etc
