Pull

Step 2

Off the pull, set up the vert stack. The handler goes toward the disc and someone sets the stack.

Step 3

The player at the BACK of the stack makes an in cut towards the side of the field the defense is forcing.

Step 4

The stack moves up the field and the handlers/swing come up for a dump pass.

Step 5

The cutter dumps the frisbee back to the handler/swingman and gets back into the FRONT of the stack.

Step 6

Swingman can swing the disc back to the middle or the next person cuts from the back of the stack towards the thrower.

Step 7

The other cutters move the stack up the field and cutter then dumps the disc back again and gets into the front of the stack.
