The system is set up with 2 guy handlers back, and a guy and a girl cutter placed on each sideline. (guys are blue, girls red).

Cutters from the sideline will cut towards the middle of the field and have 2-3 seconds to make a cut in, deep, or back to the sideline.

When an in-cut is caught, The other cutters need to look to get open, but also re-establish themselves downfield.

Once we get near the endzone, the offense keeps a similar shape, but with the stack almost running two simultaneous iso's from the two back corners of the endzone:

The idea is to be running an iso on each half of the field. If you're the cutter waiting in the corner - you wait until your partner returns to the corner to go and run your iso.
