This particular setup has 3 handlers back, and 4 cutters upfield. For our team, we will vertical in the endzone, as horizontal can get a little crowded in the endzone. But many teams use Vertical in all situations. A variation of this is to have 5 cutters in the stack, and just 2 handlers back.
For our endzone setup, we have the 4 cutters from the front to the back of the endzone. It is ok if the front cutter (C1) to be just outside the endzone.
For our offense, we will have CUTS FROM THE BACK. That means C4 gets to make a cut to either side of the stack, trying to get open for a score.

The cutter has to take care that they don't cause picks in the stack!

If you don't get the disc...
The previous cutter moves into the middle of the stack, and everyone adjusts accordingly. There should be a new 'BACK' of the stack, in this case, C3.
We will repeat this process. The back of the stack cuts. If they score, great. If they catch the disc outside the endzone, the new back should be aware to cut.

The primary target is going to be the back of the stack. HOWEVER, we will have one variation.
If the FRONT of the stack (C3) is open, the handler is welcome to throw an immediate break for a score. Perhaps C3's defender is helping defend the open space in the endzone, where they anticipate the back of the stack to cut.
If C3 is open, and the handler recognizes it, C3 has to be attentive. They can get a quick, easy score!!
