Setup.
Player with disc throws to throwing queue; first receiver cuts long.
Thrower throws long.
Receiver passes to middle player; thrower moves to receivers queue.
Disc moves to next thrower; next receiver starts cutting.
Middle player moves to throwers queue; last receiver moves to middle; thrower throws long to next receiver.
Coaching points: 1. Receivers should cut straight up the sideline, looking over their shoulder, and move to catch the disc once it is in the air. Do not run diagonally across the field. 2. If the thrower is weak, receivers should cut horizontally across and then turn to go deep (like an L), so that we still create a leading pass. 3. Throwers should put the disc early. We don't want the receiver to be waiting for the disc, or turning back to it. Note that a late throw can be the fault of the receiver cutting too early also. (obviously upwind/downwind plays a big role in throw timing) 4. Swap to forehand after a while.
