Set up in a 2-3 Horizontal stack
Cuts begin when one of the cutters cuts either to or from the disc.
If cutters do not recieve the disc, they cycle back, out of the space they just cut to.
After the cutters have left the open space, a new cutter cuts into the space.
If, as a cutter, you do not recieve the disc, get out of the space you just cut to. This is the most important aspect of the horiztonal stack.
