Players set up with two handlers back, one player in the ISO position, and two at the back of the endzone.
A breakside scoober, or an around sidearm, deep of both players, means the ISO has an easy run on to the disc and catch it.
At this point, the player in the endzone on the open side cuts to the (now free) break side, whilst the endzone player on the breakside cuts out diagonally to get out of the way.
RESET When they are forcing sidearm it's even easier, because the hammer is the breakside throw. Just throw a hammer slightly deep of the #3 on the breakside and he'll have an easy time running on to it.
Easy!
And then the same as before, but opposite.
And if the iso marker is standing deep of the iso, don't throw it deep! Use your judgement and throw it to the space where the defender isn't.
