Thrower makes eye contact (gives THE look "I need help!")
H2 cuts either dump or strike (basically take what the D is giving you). H3 fills in with the opposite cut. Dump cutter needs to stay far enough away from the sideline to leave an open strike cut lane for the 2nd look.
If neither cut in (2) gets thrown to, dump cutter clears out by going hard upline. Strike cutter clears out to fill for a possible swing. By this point, the stall count will probably be very high, so you should be clearing HARD to open up space for the throw to go off.
