Getting ready to pull.

Long pull goes deep.

3 flips the disc to 1. All other players get set up in a vertical stack.

4
Everyone gets set in a Vertical stack.

5
2 flashes across the field to become the third handler. 4 & 6 cut across open side. The primary look will be to 5.

6
5 cuts in, slightly the break side but still in the middle of the field. 7 follows suit, cutting to the breakside.
...
7
If there is a continuation pass up-field, 5 takes that pass. If not, the next look is for one of the wide handlers, either 3 or 2.

8
We are then essentially in a horizontal flow, looking for passes into the middle of the field to downfield cutters.

Or if that's not there...

Then resetting back to a handler in the middle.

With everyone re-establishing a horizontal setup.

(1) Getting ready to pull.
This is a sequence for transitioning from a vertical stack into a horizontal offense, which can be particularly helpful when you're playing against a team with strong one-on-one coverage, that has started to slow your offense down.
The whole idea here is to start from a Vertical setup, but then initiate and flow into a Horizontal O.
