Step 1

Red is pulling, i.e. they will be in defence. Therefore, blue players should not move and let red players to re-arrange their line to face the players that they will be defending.

Step 2

After they are done, red raises the disc to show that they are ready and waits for blue player to raise his hand to know that they are ready. He counts out loud 3-2-1 and throws the disc far. Red team should start moving towards blue when they hear 1.

Step 3

Offencive team blue establishes 2 handlers and stack, red team sets up defence.

Step 4

First blue player in the stack tries to fake and is about to cut down to get a disc from the handler.

Step 5

While cutting the next player in the stack starts running up to cut down. One handler moves a little up, while the other remains in the dumo, in case blue does not see a clear cut or his defender will block the way
