Diamond base set up. Red is on offense, Blue is on Defense. Blues 1, 2 and 3 are the Wall. Blue 4 is the point. Blue 5 and 6 are wings. Blue 7 is Deep. Notice how Blue 1 is shading flick for Blue 4 (point)

Step 2

Blue 4 (Point) covers all under cuts in the lane

Step 3

Blue 1 takes most discs in the middle 3rd of the field. Blue 2 and 3 listen to Blue 1 and only mark up when Blue 1 tells them to.

Step 4

When disc is on sideline, team shifts to a force middle.

Step 5

Blue 1 covers handlers in area until they clear. Blue 1 hands off the handler to Blue 4

Step 6

Cover a man in your area until then poach a viable zone like Blue 2 does when his handler goes to Blue 1
