Step 1

Wings main responsibility is to always have someone occupy the deep space to keep the deep deep (red 7) occupied away from cramping the middle of the field

Step 2

When the disc is moved to one side, then that side wing will come in/towards the frisbee

Step 3

When the disc is in the middle there should still be at least one wing deep or past the deep deep (red 7). We always need a player deep to avoid things getting too crowded

Step 4

Then as it goes to the other sideline the near side wing would need to come in/towards the disc. Then the far side wing will be the one going deep.

Step 5

the wings doing this makes it so that the over the top throw to the middle (blue 4) is available if necessary without the deep deep (red 7) getting in the way
