  1. Step 1

    handlers will be looking to swing the disc back and forth to make the cup move and create openings to throw through the cup

  2. Step 2

    handlers on the wings should only hold the disc for a few seconds to look up field and then immediately look to swing back to the middle handler

  3. Step 3

    Usually zones are looking to force the disc to one side and then trap on that sideline

    here you can see the trap leaving the handler basically nowhere to throw except over the top

  5. Step 5

    To beat this we will crash the cup with our middles/poppers

    As the cup moves to trap on the popper, the wing handler will move back slightly to receive a backwards dump

    That handler will then look to immediately swing the disc to the middle

    Look to completely swing the disc across the field leaving the opposite side handler wide open as the cup tries to catch up

    With the cup out of the play lots of openings will be available to move the disc up the field
