Step 1

There will be 4 people covering cutters and 3 covering handlers and this D only works if the other team is playing an O with 3 handlers

Step 2

When the disc is in the middle of the field the middle guy in the sponge plays straight up on the mark and the two other guys in the sponge sit in the throwing lanes.

Step 3

When the disc is moved to the sideline the person on that side of the sponge puts the mark on and forces middle. The other two people in the sponge sit in the force lane. The far person in the sponge can threaten the swing.

Step 4

if the disc is swung all the way across to the other sideline then the other side of the spong puts on a force middle mark and the other two people in the sponge step into the throwing lane

Step 5

If a cutter gets the disc or if they swing it enough times we will call fire and switch to man. This junk is only designed to work for 2 to 10 throws.

Step 6

Another important note is that the down-field defenders start in a bracket but cutter defenders chose and stay with one player after that first cut.
