  1. Step 1

    This drill requires the whole field and is played with two discs and an even number of player, in between 10 and 16 is ideal. The play goes round and round and everybody is on offense. Players on cones A and H are handlers, all the others are cutters. It might seem complicated at first but the basic thing to understand is that if the disc is going clockwise around the field, the player will be going counterclockwise.

  2. Step 2

    2 does a cut and catches the disc from 1. 12 does a cut and catches the disc from 11

  3. Step 3

    2 passes to 3. 12 passes to 13. Meanwhile, 1 moves to B, and 11 moves to G.

    3 passes to 4. 13 passes to 14. Meanwhile, 2 moves to A and 12 moves to H

    4 passes to 5, 14 passes to 15. Meanwhile 3 moves to B and 13 moves to G.

    5 to 6, 15 to 16. And 4 goes to C, 14 goes to F.

    11 passes to 12, 1 passes to 2. Meanwhile 6 goes to E and 16 goes to D. After having completed their passes, 11 will go to F and 1 will go to C, and then, it goes round again!

    It's of course possible to make the drill clockwise, which will train the forehand. It's also possible to add a player defending on A and H, with the handler aiming to break the force.
