Step 1

Get into an I formation (stack) in the middle of the field. 2 people stay back with the frisbee

Step 2

#5 cuts in towards the frisbee

Step 3

The rest of the group pushes forward and #4 cuts next, with #6 taking over the 1-spot in the stack

Step 4

#4 then cuts BUT he is gaurded

Step 5

#4 hauls all back to the stack and #3 cuts and gets open

Step 6

Everyone pushes up and the play continues. until #2 scores.
