    Pull

    Catch the pull and set up

    Center the disc and start cutting

    Communicate with your teamates and cut the opposite way of them

    If you don't get the disc, cut back out

  6. Step 6

    Run through the disc, and take a quick look upfield

  7. Step 7

    If nobody is open for an easy pass, dump it back to a handler and reset the stack

  8. Step 8

    Cut again, make sure to fake out your defender so that you can get some separation from them and communicate with your other cutters so that you don't clog the lane

  9. Step 9

    If nothing is open cut the other direction.

  10. Step 10

    Look for an easy upfield throw, and take it if it is available. Remember, you can always dump it back to a handler, especially if you are a beginner.
