Two lines. 1 and 2 start the lines as shown. Players fill in behind them. Defense is not traditionally used.
1 cuts sharply to the side, preferably to a cone. This is simply to start the drill, so timing doesn't matter right now.
2 cuts in, then...
... 2 jukes back out. 1 should fake the disc first, then throw the disc when 2 is in front of 1. Have 1 try throwing to space so 2 must catch up.
This is the important part of the drill. First, 3 must time their cut to be far enough out so 2 throws instantly and 3 can actually get it. 3 should try to end about a third of the field's width from the sideline and just slightly forward of 2. SUPER IMPORTANT: 4 should be making the cut simultaneously as 3. Ideally, 3 should get the disc and IMMEDIATELY throw it to the cone. (This is the same type of cut as 1.) 4 needs to figure out when exactly to go, but 3 should not hesitate in throwing to the cone.
4 gets the disc. I couldn't show it here, but the disc should be IN MOTION before 4 gets to the cone. Throwing to space.
Drill continues. 3 cuts in, then jukes...
... out. 3 would then throw it to a player in the same fashion as they got it -- about a third length of the field to the side, slightly back. This would be a convenient time to explain handler positioning in a horizontal stack. After 3 throws it, they go to the line opposite of which they came from (so they would go to 1's original line).
