When the mark (defender on the frisbee) sets up on the offensive player, their job is to take away one side of the field and force a throw into the defense on the other side. This way the down field defense really only needs to stay on one side of the defender. We will most likely be forcing flick as opposed to backhand because most players at NC cannot throw this as well. Better teams will be able to do both though.

When the offense moves, we move in a man to man match up. But, if the mark does their job and takes away one side of the field, everyone elses job should be easier.
