If one of the "handlers" call for this isolation play, signified by shouting "Iso (insert player here)," The indicated "cutter" will set up in the middle front of the endzone. The other "cutters" should set up in the back of the endzone to force their defenders out of the play.
The isolated "cutter" then must simply beat their defender.
If a defender creeps up to help out on defense, the open "cutter" should yell "Poach!" to signify that they are wide open.
At this point, the "handler" will simply need to throw the disc over the defense to the open receiver.
