The offense sets up with two players in an endzone stack, having the last player standing as far back as possible. The three handlers spread the field, and and an extra 6th player removes themselves from the play in order to give the thrower more room.
Cutter number 4 leads the play, cutting to the open side. The 5th player leads his defense to the break side in order to keep him from poaching off and assisting the 4th defender.
Cutter number 4 now cuts to the break side, and number 5 leads his mark away once more.
As a last cut, the 4th player cuts to the open side, and leaves the endzone if he does not manage to get the disc. Player 5 simultaneously cuts break side to get open.
As a last part of the play, the 1st handler does a berkley into the endzone for the point. If the throw is not made, player 5 goes into the handler position
