Set up at brick, handler defenders (2, 3) poach in throwing lane to force middle handler (1) to swing the disc.
Disc is swung and defender 2 puts on the force to prevent break throws. Defender 1 immediately takes position to prevent any up line cut
At stall 4/5, or when the thrower turns to look for a dump. Defender two adjusts his/her mark to prevent the dump throw. Defender 1 must prevent up line cut.
This way we make the dump pass incredibly hard to throw. This is called force sideline.
Back to step 1.
This time, swing goes to #3. Defender 3 puts on force, almost straight up but must prevent any up line throws. Defender 1 plays tight man to force cutter to make up line cut. Defender 2 must adjust to anticipate his handler to fill in as help.
This is called force middle.
