Step by step 5 steps
  1. Step 1

Setting up the check-mark cut...5 & 6 are the 1's and have decided to set-up in cuts to the disc...4 & 7 are the 2's and setting up the cuts off of or the opposite of the 1's by starting in to set-up an out cut

  2. Step 2

Check-mark cuts are completed... the 1's (5&6) in and the 2's (4&7) out. The handler with the disc has the following options...1) throw home/break side to 5...2) away/force side to 6 on the in cot; or throw deep to 4 or 7...3) dump/reset to 3 (a handler)

  3. Step 3

5 clears with a check mark cut out/long as 4 & 7 make check mark cuts in...4 to the middle lane of the force side & 7 to the outside lane of the force side...6 is making a "7" cut (it should look like an upside-down 7 over the past 2 steps) and provides a break-side/home cut...3 has cleared the dump area for 2 to now make a dump/reset cut.

  4. Step 4

Reset portion...4 completes a "7" cut to his original position...5 has now made a check mark in cut to the muddle lane of the force side near their original position...6 & 7 have cleared the force side for 5...3 has provided another dump/reset cut and the progression will be be reset

  5. Step 5

A reset or completed pass would have had to occurred before this point with a stall, but this is to illustrate the down field movement and handler movements throughout a cycle...So the cycle begins again with 5 making a "7" cut to the break side to clear the force side for the in cut of 6...while 4 & 7 give deep/out cut options setting up to come in if there is not a deep throw.
