    Initial Setup

    First cutter steps up. The remaining players in line stay back from the cone to give the active player space.

    Outwards first move...

    To an in-cut.

  5. Step 5

    Return the disc and return to center. Here' the cutter should do something quick but stationary, such as a couple push ups or other stationary exercise. The purpose of being stationary for a moment is to simulate the re-initiation of a cut from a still position.

    Then continue onto the next set and repeat...

    If desired, The thrower (player 1) could have a pile of discs to make the drill move more quickly and avoid sloppy passing. Player 5 could collect the discs from the cutter and restock the pile while 1 is throwing.

    Repeat this process as many times as desired, then cycle to another cutter.
