Step 2

Disc is swung to either side.

Step 3

Red3 forces the disc back to the middle. Red1 sits in the throwing lane. If windy/Blue3 is weak thrower: Red2 can look to deny the dump throw.

Step 4

Disc is thrown back to the middle.

Step 5

Repeat from 1.
