Step 1

O3 has the ball, but D9 and D10 block the passes into midfield, so O3 goes sideways to O2. D slides across together.

Step 2

O2 forces a pass into O9 between the lines. As it travels, D6 and D2 close in on O9 from either side.

Step 3

O9 receives with their back to goal and no room to turn. D6 steps in and wins the ball.

Step 4

D6 plays forward into D10's run past O7, into the space between O3 and O4.

Step 5

D10 is running at O's back line. D won the ball while still in shape, so there is no gap behind them for O to attack.
