Generally a cup forces one direction. This means that H3 is generally the person we want to move the disc up the field.
H2 has two jobs. Always be in a position that H1 can throw to you and immediately move the disc on to H3. As the disc is thrown to H2, upfield cutters need to make their cut so that as the disc is moving to H3, they can moving to an open position.
If all four cutters can move into different spaces, one is likely to be open for H3.
If H3 doesn't have an open upfield cutter, they need to move the disc back to H2 before the cup gets set up.
Cutters need to reset to be ready for the next time H3 gets the disc. H1 needs to make sure that H2 has a clear lane to throw to them and that they are as far forward as they can be.
