Two throwers set up about 20 yards apart (difficulty increases the closer together the throwers are.) The mark sets up directly between the two, marking flat.

The throw goes up and the thrower chases, setting up a flat mark.

This pattern continues with the thrower chasing the throw and setting up a flat mark
