Step 1

We will run the first step of this drill without defenders (with the exception of the mark,) and once we nail this down we will add variation and continuation.

Step 2

The two cutters communicate as to who is cutting towards the disc and who is cutting away.

Step 3

In this scenario the cutter on the right cuts towards the disc while the cutter on the left cuts away. The disc is thrown to the cutter.

Step 4

The receiver DOES NOT throw to the deep cutter while THEY ARE CUTTING AWAY FROM THE DISC. Instead, when the under cutter receives the disc, the deep cutter turns and cuts hard toward the disc for a reception.

Step 5

The second option is similar, but with the cutter on the left cutting towards the disc.
