Step 1

Player zero will throw the disc to the opposite line. Player 1 will catch the disc behind player 2.

Step 2

The receiver will then reset the disc to the person in the front of the line, and cut across to get the next throw.

Step 3

Number 2 will then throw the disc back to player 1. Then immediately start cutting for the next throw.

Step 4

Player 2 will then cut for player 1, receiving the disc near the other line.

Step 5

Player 2 will reset the disc to player 1, and cut across to receive the disc again from player 2

Step 6

Player 1 will throw to 2 , and immediately run down field for the next look

Step 7

Player 2 will throw to player 1 and then go to the back to their line. The cycle will continue from there.
