Step 1

The player set up with two handlers back. In this case the off disc handler #5 is positioned on the open side and thus back at a 45 degree angle. The three deep players are towards the sideline, the first cut will come from #1, and he can move slightly towards the middle to get ready for the first cut

Step 2

#1 starts his cut by running to the centre of the field, and then depending on where the defender is he chooses either to go deep or under, in this case the defender is positioned deep of him.

Step 3

#1 can get the disc under, while #2 & 3 position themselves up field and get ready for the next cut.

Step 4

Now #2 repeats the process of going to the middle of the field to set up their cut

Step 5

#2 also cuts under while #3 sets up their cut

Step 6

#3's defender is trailing so they go deep for the score
