Pull goes down to the offence

Offence picks up the disc and begins to dribble between 4 & 5; 1,2 &3 position in the side stack on the left/breakside of the field

Step 3

4 & 5 dribble as the defence comes down; 1,2,3 stay on the side and not too deep

Step 4

As the defence sets up, the dribble stops with the outside handler #5

Step 5

The middle handler #4 goes deep

Step 6

The huck goes from the outside handler to the middle handler downfield
