Step 1

Make 2 lines, one where the disc is (with people who want to handle) and then one by the start cone.

Step 2

Have reciever make HARD cuts at each cone

Step 3

Once reciever gets to the last cone, they can either cut deep, or cut back towards the handler

Step 4

They can juke, but ONCE THEY MAKE 3 STEPS in a direction they have to commit
