Step 1

Blue team on Offense. B6 and B7 will initiate cuts during Pre-Stall. B3 and Handler have a separation of about ~10m.

Step 2

"Disc Coming In 3..2..1.."

"Disc In!" B7 attacks open lane. B6 attacks break (or vice versa) Simple coordination required. eg thru communicating. Cuts should not flare out too early as that will limit the space to receive the disc. Stick closer to the stack while sprinting in, avoid bringing defender into traffic (Pick).

Step 4

B1 picks out 7 and passes. B7 runs through the disc. At the same time, B3 will adjust the stack to create about 10m seperation from receiver. B2 clears from the back-pocket of B7. This is to create space for B1 to get the dump when necessary.

Step 5

B6 restacks as B7 turns around, looking upfield for the continuation. B5 and B4 prepares..

Step 6

B5 executes a open cut and receives. B4 fakes an in-cut and runs deep.. B3 readjusts again. B1 and B2 facilitate dump, B7 restacks.

Step 7

B5 puts a O/I throw to B4 for the score..

Step 8

Reset to 1. Variation 1 - Window Cut

Step 9

Skipped the pre-stall. B7 unable to get free. Handler waits for window cut.

Step 10

B6 restacks after reaching about 7m away from handler. Handler dismisses B6 by not engaging. B7 reaches about 7m too and begins window cut.

Step 11

B7 receives the window pass. Goes on to attack the break.. (not demonstrated)
