From the pull, players set up in what appears to be a tight vertical stack with 3 handlers and 4 cutters. Cuts start from the front of the stack.
The first cut goes to the break side, with a fake cut as needed. We move to the break side first in an attempt to capitalize on static defense with a break throw and gain more room on the open side earlier in the progression.
When looked off, the first cutter clears to the sideline and out, away from the stack. The second cutter pushes in and cuts toward the open side, the opposite direction of the first cutter, with a fake cut as needed.
The first cutter streaks deep. Always sell it even if it isn't there. When the second cutter has completed their initial cut, they clear to the open sideline. The third cutter moves for the break side in the same manner as the first. And the fourth cutter presses forward to prepare for their move.
The third cutter clears to the sideline. The fourth cutter moves force side with fake as needed. The second cutter makes their streak deep. The first cutter, if no deep look is available, cuts back in to the center point of the stack and begins the rotation again. If they've sold their defender on the deep look, the in cut should be open.
The cycle repeats. It can be compressed into shorter cuts or extended into longer cuts as needed. If handlers choose to move the disc amongst themselves, the flow continues and pushes up field accordingly.
That's the flow. In reality, it is not likely to be straight even diamonds. Fake cuts will take you where they will. The important thing to remember is pacing with the people in front of you. Give them time to complete their cuts or speed up yours to prevent stopping the flow.
