Set up ho stack and disc is positioned middle and being forced flick. Cones represent your own lanes and you cannot cross them.

Step 2

Popper closest to disc cuts in first, wing closest to disc cuts out (wingers don't need to cut so deep when the handler is not finding a deep).

Step 3

Let's say we swing the disc to the left handler.

Step 4

Again, popper closest to disc cuts in first, and wing closest to disc cuts out.

Step 5

Let's swing the disc to the right side handler.
