Step by step 7 steps
  1. Step 1

Defense coming down and setting up a 3-3-1 zone. Defense is forcing to the right "Home"

  2. Step 2

Disc gets swung to Forced Side of the field. 1 maintains defense on the handler that just threw the disc but sets up between disc and handler. 2 stays as the middle position and helps to stop any throw up the field. 3 puts on the mark to stop the disc from going back to the middle of the field. 4 positions themselves to stop the throws to the middle of the field. 6 helps to stop any continuation down the sideline. Break side wing (#5) looks to bait the throw to handler (#2).

  3. Step 3

1 covers the dump if they go back behind which only leave the over the top/around to the break side of the field or up the line. Defense #6 stops the upline and Defense #5 tries to make the throw to #2 or #4 look dangerous.

  4. Step 4

If the disc gets swung all the way to #2 cross field: Defense Wing (#5) stops any continuation throw up the line while #4 attempts to shut down any continuation into the middle of the field while 1,2,3 are getting set back up as a cup around the thrower.

  5. Step 5

Since it is now on the other sideline, we want to have more of a flat cup to stop upfield and cross field throws. The only easy viable throw is back to the middle (#1)

  6. Step 6

Disc back to the middle and we start the cycle all over again trying to force the disc over to the sideline again.
