Cutter 4 in the stack is the ISO.

Step 2

Cutter 4 will cut to the force side, then the break side

Step 3

if the ISO is open, make the pass

Step 4

if the ISO is not open, the handler will hold

Step 5

Reset with Handler 3. Cutter 7 will look to make the force cut.

Step 6

if the 7 is open, make the pass
