Defensive sets will provide help over the top. Kind of like a free safety in football. Note the movement of Red 4

Step 3

Once red 5 moves to top off the defense, our offense should react differently.

Step 4

The middle offensive cutters should both clear deep. This will likely put three defenders protecting the deep space.

Step 5

The outside offensive player, blue 1, should then yell, "Poach!" This alerts the handler to see the switch. Blue 1 then moves to the open space in the middle of the field

Now you can see the under cut by 2 or a possible reset to a handler.
