Wind + Force is to the left. Red is on offense.
Blue gets into 2-4-1 zone positions. Note that BLUE2 is covering 2 people deep, but is more towards RED1 since the force is that way.
Red swings to RED2. Now BLUE6 (one of the mids) can advance to prevent the break throw. BLUE7 (mid-away) fills into the mid since from where the disc currently is, RED7 is not a big threat (very difficult throw for handler, high chance of turnover)
If RED3 tries to cut in, then BLUE1 gets in front of them. This will open up RED1 more, so BLUE2 (deep) plays closer to the force side as that is the easier throw for the handler. Note that RED6 and RED7 are left somewhat open, because they are across the field + against the wind + against the force, so low probability of throwing to them.
RED2 dumps to RED4. BLUE6 (mid) follow up to make sure there is no swing. Cup (BLUE3 + BLUE4) keeps the strong force. Make sure that they can't give it right back to RED2. BLUE1 keeps an eye on RED2 if they try to get open down the line.
If RED4 does manage to get the swing to RED5, then BLUE6 (mid) goes back to original position. Note that all mids shifted slightly to the side of the field where the disc is on.
If BLUE2 gets split (RED1 + RED6 going deep). Then BLUE2 asks BLUE7 (mid-away) for help, and BLUE6 keeps an eye if they need to help on mid-away.
BLUE5 (mid) plays up to put pressure and avoid handler gains. BLUE6 (mid) moves slightly to the left to cover any opening left by BLUE5 moving up.
