Set up in middle of field. The 3 up front are tight, so the 2 wings need to cover the space behind the middle of the cup
Swing towards sideline. Offence will try to continue the momentum down the sideline towards their downfield poppers, so the two wings downfield have to rotate towards that sideline and try shutting that down. Notice the positioning of the far wing is now basically in the middle of the field (or even beyond halfway)
Defence has stopped the next pass downfield. Both wings should stay leaned towards that half of the field to protect the space behind the cup. The deep on the opposite side can also come up to take a bit more space since that cross field diagonal throw is unlikely to be hit
If the wings are too passive in their position, that throw behind the cup becomes a lot easier
Swing now goes to the opposite sideline
Both wings also rotate, with the middle wing now playing very close to that sideline and stopping fast continuations, and the other wing blocking off the longer throws over the cup. Deeps also rotate accordingly.
