Step 1

When the Disc is in the middle of field, what we're going to do is look for the 5 to initate on the open side

5 will cut out, and look to cut under on the open side.

Step 3

handler can choose to hit the 5 if 5 is open

Step 4

after 5 is hit, the stack should be looking to sprint and establish themselves deeper and the continue should be coming from the back of stack. The handler furthest from the play joins the stack and 5 looks to get the continue to 4 or look for 7 for the reset.

Step 5

4 here looks to try to get open, and if they receive the disc. the continue again is from the back of the stack

Step 6

if 4 does not receive the disc, we look for the reset to the middle of the field right away.

Step 7

we immediately look breakside for the continue here, and the cut comes from the front of the stack.

Step 8

the continue then comes from the back
