Step by step 7 steps
  1. Step 1

Disc is received on the breakside sideline in the "red zone" -- the area of the field we want to call our endzone set it.

  2. Step 2

Endzone is called and dump handler sets up dump on the open side as stack sets up.

  3. Step 3

Because we're already on the break side, a bones cut to the breakside doesn't help us because we're still stuck on the break side, but now we've lost yards. The handler with the disc could try to hit the handler at the top of the endzone with an inside flick, but this is a difficult/risky throw. Instead, the handler with the disc should look to center the disc immediately.

  4. Step 4

Now, the handler who just centered the disc has two options. They can either go be the new dump and set up 45 degrees back on the open side, OR, they can look for the give and go "bounce."

  5. Step 5

The handler at the top of the endzone should be looking for this "bounce" and look to cut open side for the continuation as the other handler back cuts to get back into a dump position on the open side. Now, if the top of endzone handler does not get the open side continuation, we can start the weave over.

  6. Step 6

Because the top of endzone handler has just made that cut all the way to the open side, this is a good time for the top of stack to fill to the break side for the continuation off the bones cut.
