Cutters do their thing, but aren't able to create separation
Thrower looks to break side handler to initiate a strike cut, and evaluates if it's viable, if so, throw it, if not, turn to the force side handle to initiate the 'wheel'
Wheel moves the force side handler behind the disc to the break space - throws should be run on to in space if possible. Striking handler clears to force side.
Wheel handler ideally continues the break gain to the #4 cutter on a timed cut.

Profit! Note that if the break side handler doesn't initiate the strike, they can still push up field for a shorter gainer on the break side, in which case 3 should then move to center and 2 should move to the right side
