1 make dump cut and receive the disk (2 throws forehand)

2 make swing cut and receive the disk (1 throws forehand) then 1 clear to the line

Step 5

Same staff on the other side of zone: 3 begins the drill

Step 6

Dump: 3 -> 2

Swing: 2 -> 3
