Step 1

Begin the attack. Lineup to form a box shape.

Step 2

Front 2 push upwards. Pass is played to one of the front 2, while the back 2 get into position

Step 3

Back 2 will invert, and play passes while the front 2 push up

Step 4

Front 2 will push up all the way to the line, on opposing sides of the captain.

Step 5

Pass played to front 2, while one of the back 2 pushes up to be an extra passing option. Defender hangs out near centre line

Step 6

Play passes inbetween the 3 players until the defender is out of possession, then shoot.
