Step 1

Offense starts with the disc on the outside border (cones 16, 17, 18 and 19) and sets up around the box.

Step 2

Offense will complete passes to others on their team trying to get score in the box (set by cones) in the middle of the field.

Step 3

Once a team scores, the next team gains possession.

Step 4

The team that is now on offense has to clear the disc to a player on the outside box before trying to score again.
