Version #1: Disc is on the sideline(either one, this drill is just showing force backhand). Reset player is set up "positive" of the disc, 2-3 yards up field. Front of the stack is middle of the field and 12 yards away from the ball.
Person with the disc pivots and throws an around throw to space.
Version #2 - Add Mark - mark is 70%
Pivot, throw around the mark to space.
Throw around to space.
Version #3: Add defenders on the reset. Same as first two versions for throw. Defenders progress to 100% (If the reset throw is bad make a play)
Version #4: Defenders everywhere. "pump fakes" are live.
First look is reset handler. Throw to space OR throw ONE hard pump fake. Reset handler DO NOT MOVE until the pump fake or the throw happens.
in this example a pump fake happened, the reset is making a cut up the line to get open, thrower may throw that, but the priority is a throw to space to the front of the stack coming straight down field. As demonstrated.
