force side inside cutter has priority and cuts first, the other does the opposite of what the first does

after a pump or the disk doesnt come cut back and let the other have a shot

If the disk is swung the outside cutter trys threatening the deep space while the disk side outside cutter trys coming in for a continue

Step 5

if the outside cutter doesnt get the disk the closer inside and the closer outside cutter alternate cuts, if youre the outside cutter away from disk and dont get the disk deep come back, DONT TAKE DEEP SPACE for too long

if disk goes back to middle we continue
